How wholesale works
We serve businesses only: distributors, retail chains, hardware stores, workshops and online sellers. Every product in our catalog lists its minimum order quantity (MOQ) and units per carton.
Price tiers
Pricing is quoted case by case based on volume. As a general reference we work with three tiers:
- Tier 1: the product's minimum order, ideal to test rotation.
- Tier 2: from 5 cartons per SKU, with a better unit price.
- Tier 3: mixed container or pallet orders, with the best terms and negotiated freight.
Prices shown on this site (where displayed) are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. The formal quote sent by our team governs the transaction.
Payment terms
- Bank transfer before dispatch for new customers.
- 15 or 30 day credit for customers with a proven track record.
- Cash on delivery in Guatemala City, subject to approval.
Packing and logistics
- Factory packaging with the manufacturer's barcode.
- Palletising and labelling to customer requirements.
- Domestic freight and Central American export coordination.
- Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) available.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. The term for each product appears on its data sheet. We handle claims directly and, where applicable, supply a replacement unit.
